In 2006, Su Joung Woo, a former Registered Nurse, and Youngshin Jae, a former Senior Engineer at AT&T, founded a specialized Medicare insurance agency with a shared mission to serve the senior community. Since then, the agency has expanded its portfolio to provide essential insurance solutions that enhance the diverse lifestyles of seniors, including Long-Term Care, Individual Annuities, Life Insurance, Final Expense Insurance, and Life Settlements.
Today, the agency holds contracts with numerous insurance carriers across 32 U.S. states, providing comprehensive support to agents who wish to specialize in Obamacare (ACA) and Medicare plans.

2006년 RN으로 근무하던 우수정씨와 AT&T에서 수석엔지니어로 있었던 제영신씨가 시니어를 돕는 마음으로 메디케어 보험 전문에이전시로 시작하였다. 그 이후 다양한 시니어의 life style을 보완할 수 있는 방안으로, 롱텀케어, 개인연금, 생명보험, 장례보험, Life Settlement등 시니어들의 필수적인 보험상품들을 공급해왔다.
현재는 미국의 32개주에서 다수의 보험회사와 계약을 맺고 오바마케어 또는 메디케어 플랜을 전문으로 취급하려는 많은 보험에이전트를 지원하고 있다.
